Enjoy the Perks of Power! Baton Rouge is now plugged in and ready to charge your electric vehicle. Park at any of our GreenPark parking spots, and you can charge for free.

• Green Park is a city-wide Electric Vehicle Awareness Program to inform policy makers, state and local governments, utilities, fleets, private sector businesses, and individual consumers about the clear and actionable roadmap for the widespread adoption of electric vehicles (EVs).
• The green park program will identify Baton Rouge as an EV-friendly city to its residents and visitors alike. All chargers will be connected to the Plugshare app which allows EV drivers to conveniently locate the closest place to charger their vehicle.
• Downtown Baton Rouge has 10 charging locations currently operational and with the help from other partners and sponsors, the plan calls for 45 total city-wide.
